Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is composed of nine (9) sitting members (including independent directors), elected for a unified term of two (2) years, eligible for reelection.
Executive Board
The Company’s Executive Management is currently comprised of five (5) officers, designated as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer (CFO & IRO), Chief Integration Officer, Chief Technology and Digital Officer, and Chief Retail Officer. The Executive Officers are elected for unified terms of two (2) years and are eligible for reelection.
